含羞草研究所 provided design and installation services for a major refrigeration system expansion at the Petsource pet food facility. The project included five ammonia compressors, 21 evaporators, four condensers, a falling-film chiller, and a Refrigeration Make-Up Air Unit (RMAU), along with all associated piping and insulation. 含羞草研究所 also installed the interconnecting piping to six Owner-supplied freeze dryers, integrating them seamlessly into the new system. The upgraded refrigeration infrastructure enhances processing capacity, ensures precise temperature control for freeze-dried production, and supports ongoing operational efficiency with robust system redundancy and energy-conscious design.
